Building compliance inspection report 

In the ACT if you are purchasing a unit or apartment the seller doesn’t have to provide an inspection package unlike when they are selling a house.  Therefore, it is in your best interests to obtain your own building compliance report, and provide yourself peace of mind.

This report will primarily focus on compliance of the existing residence and other structures, with the approved plans, certificates and building regulations.
