In the ACT as a result of new legislation you are required to provide your prospective buyer with copies of building, pest, compliance & energy rating reports.  The service we offer is our Sale Assist Package which encompasses all of the above as a one stop shop.

In the NSW  however it is not legislation, however we feel that it is just as necessary to obtain the same information through our NSW Sale Assist Sellers Inspection program. We provide you the seller with powerful knowledge about your property and put you in the box seat rather than the buyer being in the position of power.

• Selling your home can be an emotional experience.  The sale process is usually determined by the conditions of the market, which are beyond your control.  Fortunately, having a Sale Assist Sellers Inspection can put you back in control.

Sellers Pest Inspection

You need to satisfy yourself that your building is free of wood destroying insects, such as borers, termites (white ants) and timber decay.

Termites are the cause of the greatest economic losses of timber in structures in Australia.  Australia’s subterranean termite species (white ants) are the most destructive in the world.  In fact, it can take as little as three months for a termite colony to severely damage almost all the timber in a home.

The report should include an identifiable summary on whether the property is sound and/or free of destructive pest attack, and provide a detailed listing of all the areas inspected, where there has been damage, the report should identify the location and its extent.
