In NSW  it is not legislation to have pre-sale inspection unlike the new ACT legislation, however we feel that it is just as necessary to obtain the same information through our NSW Sale Assist Sellers Inspection program. Sellers Pest Inspection 

You need to satisfy yourself that your building is free of wood destroying insects, such as borers, termites (white ants) and timber decay.

Termites are the cause of the greatest economic losses of timber in structures in Australia.  Australia’s subterranean termite species (white ants) are the most destructive in the world.  In fact, it can take as little as three months for a termite colony to severely damage almost all the timber in a home.

The report should include an identifiable summary on whether the property is sound and/or free of destructive pest attack, and provide a detailed listing of all the areas inspected, where there has been damage, the report should identify the location and its extent.
