In the ACT as a result of new legislation you are required to provide your prospective buyer with copies of building, pest, compliance & energy rating reports.  The service we offer is our Sale Assist Package which encompasses all of the above as a one stop shop.

In the NSW it is not legislation, however we feel that it is just as necessary to obtain the same information through our NSW Sale Assist Sellers Inspection program. We provide you the seller with powerful knowledge about your property and put you in the box seat rather than the buyer being in the position of power.

• Selling your home can be an emotional experience.  The sale process is usually determined by the conditions of the market, which are beyond your control.  Fortunately, having a Sale Assist Sellers Inspection can put you back in control.
• Our reports focus on the quality aspects of your home.  If we identify anything that requires repair it can be addressed to further improve the presentation of your property.
• Negotiations are balanced in your favour.  This is because you are made aware of any issues that otherwise may not have been discovered until an inspection has been carried out by a potential buyer.
• The knowledge obtained from the Sale Assist reports avoids unnecessary surprises at the time of negotiation and reduces the prospect of the sale falling through, just when you are ready to exchange.

We therefore encourage sellers of properties in NSW to have a building and pest report completed which they can make available for viewing by prospective buyers if they wish.
